Description

• Ensure design deliverables are provided for a project • Collaborate with sales, procurement, construction, and operations teams • Review design team contracts • Participate in weekly design meetings • Engage with internal subject matter experts • Actively engage with procurement team • Collaborate with technical sales group • Organize and manage design document reviews • Visit jobsites periodically • Attend and participate in OAC meetings • Monitor shop drawing and RFI logs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a design project management role with 2+ years preferably in Mission Critical space • Strong working knowledge of architectural, civil, structural and MEP/FP design constraints • Knowledge of building regulations, standards, best practices, and codes • Ability to read and understand project drawings, specifications, and submittals • Experience in developing, managing, and understanding design schedules and workflow • Ability to travel to jobsite locations • Experience leading and mentoring others • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and SharePoint experience
