📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with agency partners in the TikFinity ecosystem • Onboard new agencies and guide them to measurable success with StreamTV's tools • Spend most of the time in direct customer-contact calls, support, and check-ins • Gather agency feedback systematically and prepare it for the product team • Support rollout of campaigns sold to creators through their agencies • Keep partners, deals, and follow-ups moving reliably over the long term • Identify new agency partnership and campaign opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English, written and spoken, at a near-native or native level • Hands-on, operational mindset • Strong perseverance and follow-through • Comfortable with daily, client-facing communication • Solid know-how of the creator and streaming economy and its players • Industry experience in the creator, streaming, or agency space • Prior account management, customer success, or B2B partnership experience (great to have) • Experience working with TikTok agencies, talent management, or influencer-driven growth (great to have) • A feel for advertising and campaign work (great to have)
