Description
• Conduct and lead assessments, working closely with Product and Engineering teams • Partner with Engineering teams to decompose technical regulatory requirements • Maintain and enhance compliance to product security requirements • Establish and maintain relationships with financial partners • Stay updated on upcoming security regulatory changes • Be a force multiplier for customers in compliance • Develop communication strategy on Security • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in security regulatory/compliance field • 2+ years leading PCI compliance programs • Expertise in security practices of the payment industry • Understanding of security regulations such as PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 2700x • Strong communicator and good at prioritizing projects • Experience in building and managing relationships • Growth mindset for scaling security compliance • Out-of-the-box thinking for creating safe experiences • Resourceful and action-oriented • Ability to prioritize and work on complex problems • Technical security-specific background • Understanding of digital payments ecosystem • Solid understanding of security risks and threats • Relevant certifications like PCI ISA or QSA
