Description

• Onboard and support project-based contractors • Conduct quality assurance checks on contractor work • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for remote team • Review produced content and provide feedback • Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a remote or home office setting • 40 hours per week availability between 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Mon to Fri • Ability to establish and deliver upon relevant KPIs • Excellent written communication skills • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills • Proficient user of common computer applications and software • Nice to have: experience in education or with CMS software
