• Drive and lead service delivery programs • Focus on project management, planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and communication • Ensure delivery of value to customers through cross-functional efforts • Handle current project status at both strategic and detail levels • Help customers define success criteria and project scope • Manage project schedule and plan • Facilitate and manage cross-functional projects • Provide updates to various stakeholders • Track project timelines and costs • Utilize industry best practices and standards • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Minimum 1 year of PS Project Management experience • Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Email • Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus • Practical experience in implementation engagements • Experience with AI/ML SaaS products, business intelligence, large scale systems integrations • Strong familiarity with software project management methodologies and best practices • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team management skills • General knowledge of the company's products and services • Fluent in English & Thai language
