• Collaborate with your peers to deliver high-quality and customer impacting solutions • Lead the creation of features and system enhancements from technical design through production deployment and support to ensure a fast and reliable experience for our customers • Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment using contemporary cloud-based development tools • Interact directly with customers, project team, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success • Work with product owners to understand desired initiatives and implement application capabilities • Influence cross-functional teams of business stakeholders and team members to derive maximum value from data pipeline solutions. • Develop proofs of concept (POC) as needed • Validate application code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments • Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides
• 5+ years of professional experience with AWS Cloud based technology & AWS Certifications • A strong background in AWS Services and ability to demonstrate technical excellence when building scalable architectures. • Strong scripting and coding skills • Hands-on professional experience with dynamic languages like Python • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, data modeling and patterns. • Be a passionate communicator, advisor, and advocate for the Customer. • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills. • Good time management skills, self-motivation, strong analytical and critical thinking skills and self-discipline as a remote worker • Contact Center background is a big PLUS. • 5+ years of working experience in design and development of data warehouses • Hands on experience on AWS services like RDS, Redshift, S3, lambda, CloudWatch, Eventbridge , SNS • Working knowledge of snowflake database a plus • Proficiency in SQL programming and experience with developing Redshift stored procedures for efficient data manipulation • Experience with various ETL/ELT solutions for different data elements • Programming experience on Python preferred • Experience with integration of deployments with bitbucket • Experience with performance analysis/troubleshooting and SQL tuning/analyzing SQL plans • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Candidate should display exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity • Excellent communications with the collaboration skills required to lead technical discussions and to share information with business and technology staff • Curiosity to learn new technical skills and implement; it drives technical efficiencies, new product development • Desire to be a team player and help grow along with a hardworking team
