📋 Description
• Prepare and maintain operational and management reports. • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI. • Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. • Generate insights to support business decisions. • Automate reporting processes where possible. • Work closely with operations and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of reporting/MIS/Data Analyst experience. • BPO experience is mandatory. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas). • Experience with SQL. • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
