• Generate new business sales • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers • Call on all buying influences to generate opportunities and present pricing proposals • Manage existing accounts to increase sales revenue • Identify new sales opportunities • Attend trade shows • Responsible for the growth and development of assigned markets • Quotes prices and credit terms • Maintain professional and technical knowledge • Travel throughout assigned territory

Requirements

• Associate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent • 1+ years' experience in industrial outside sales • Experience selling industrial automation components and solutions • Valid Driver's License • Strong business, creative, and technical writing skills • Proficiency in MS office skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask • Occasional out-of-town travel required
