• 8-10+ years of proven success selling complex solutions to European manufacturers • Well-connected within the European manufacturing sector, with established relationships and a strong network • A self-starter with a demonstrated track record of self-generated pipeline development that exceed the quote consistently • Deeply knowledgeable about European manufacturing operations, buying processes, and decision-making structures • Familiar with long sales cycles typical in manufacturing, yet focused on shortening them by proving value early and aligning around ROI • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in German and English (additional European languages a strong plus) • Independent and collaborative, able to work autonomously while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams • Willing to travel regularly across Europe to build relationships and close deals
