📋 Description

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining utility options • Ensure renter utility orders are completed and verified • Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email • Make outgoing calls to renters and utility providers • Provide additional support to clients and the growing team as needed • Proactively update team members on work

🎯 Requirements

• Available for a 4-month full-time contract with some weekend availability • Fluent in English • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Persistence and follow-up by phone, text, and email • Ability to maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information • Willingness to complete a standard background check • Comfortable using and learning new technology • Ability to use multiple applications and windows simultaneously • Highly organized and able to track multiple tasks in a high-volume environment • Able to multitask • Friendly, outgoing, extroverted, engaging, and empathetic • Able to adapt to changing processes and utility options • Goal-oriented and competitive • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection • Customer experience in sales and/or customer service
