📋 Description
• Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers • Identify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgency • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience • Stay on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced role • Manage a dynamic workload and reprioritize when direction dramatically shifts • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles • Experience working program accounts through VMS platforms • Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
