Description
• Maintain order and ensure a positive and welcoming environment within the community • Monitor conversations and enforce community rules • Work closely with developers and Content Moderators for smooth server operations • Handle a large volume of user interactions and feedback • Maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Meet or exceed performance targets • Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience • Minimum of 2 years content moderation experience on Discord or Reddit • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications • Ability to stay calm and rational under pressure • Knowledge of moderation practices • Ability to identify and address abusive behavior • Understanding of security measures • Familiarity with Discord/Reddit tools and features • Familiarity with moderation bots
