β’ Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers β’ Identifying and troubleshooting advanced technical problems, and providing timely and effective solutions to customers β’ Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback
β’ At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting) β’ Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals) β’ Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja β’ Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal β’ Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty β’ Familiarity with web app troubleshooting
