Description
• Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers • Identifying and troubleshooting advanced technical problems, and providing timely and effective solutions to customers • Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback
Requirements
• At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting) • Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals) • Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty • Familiarity with web app troubleshooting
