• Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via outgoing calls and emails • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers • Meet team KPIs • Conduct market researches • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
• Estonian and Russian C1 level and English (B2) is a must • Experience in customer service or sales • Analytical and research skills • Positive and responsible attitude • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
