Description

• Lead and inspire a team of talented software engineers • Shape the future of the platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Guide the development of cutting-edge features • Drive technical excellence within the organization • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to software engineers • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery • Act as a technical advisor on software architecture and design • Champion best practices for code quality and testing • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of engineering talent • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science or related field • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role • 5+ years building innovative, scalable, maintainable software solutions • Strong technical background in software development • Expertise in one or more programming languages • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools • Excellent communication skills • Passion for fostering a culture of innovation • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare technology is a plus
