Description

• Propose novel machine learning algorithms and productionize them to help customers from survey creation to insight extraction, such as detecting bias questions, flagging poor quality responses, and extracting common themes from huge amounts of responses. • Work closely with Machine Learning engineers to ship models in production seamlessly • Implement and utilize intelligent tools and technologies • Play an important role in deriving key insights from our enormous data, suggest and implement new product features, and make improvements in existing models for better user experience. • Handle multiple projects with strict deadlines. • Give technical leadership and mentorship to junior machine learning engineers.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of hands-on data science experience • Experience in Industrial data-mining including applied techniques in data mining and machine learning, especially in the domain of natural language processing and fraud detection • Expertise in machine learning model development, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, classification and prediction model development, and model deployment. • Strong programming skills, expert knowledge of algorithms, and data structures (Python preferred). • Experience developing and deploying machine learning models using tools such as Athena, Sagemaker, Snowflake, and Airflow DAG. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, organizational, design, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in inventing innovative and user-friendly products. • A track record of handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
