• Report the status of sales closings to sales leadership; • Manage the sales funnel and client portfolio using Salesforce and company-provided tools; • Be available for onsite visits, participate in trade shows and events, and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote); • Inbound: Responsible for maintaining the SLA for contacting new leads and for driving negotiations to ensure the final conversion of those new clients; • Prospect new clients: Identify sales opportunities and establish contact with potential customers; • Present products or services: Explain in detail the features and benefits of the offered service; • Negotiate contracts: Discuss sales terms, pricing, payment conditions, and other contract details; • Close sales: Complete the sale ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with agreed terms; • Post-sales: Maintain contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities; • Sales reporting: Monitor and regularly report sales progress to leadership; • Product knowledge: Stay up to date on the products or services offered, as well as market trends and conditions; • Teamwork: Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to meet client needs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce • Experience managing client portfolios and customer relationships • Experience reporting results • Experience with active prospecting of new clients • Target-driven professional focused on achieving new-sales goals • Ability to communicate and present effectively at all hierarchical levels • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills across all segments • Analytical ability to work with indicators such as: potential vs. target vs. referrals vs. conversion
