Description

• Sword Health is looking for an experienced, organized and self-starter Project Manager to join our Enterprise marketing team and lead the charge on bettering our project management across marketing. In this role, you'll build the foundations and processes for project management while also ensuring in-flight projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with stunning results. This role is for an independent and ambitious PJM who is excited to build our project management function at Sword Health – while adding immediate value and impact by improving existing marketing project’s plans, processes and timelines.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Coupa). • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools, along with marketing automation and CRM reporting tools. Preferences for Salesforce and Marketo. • Understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes.
