Description

• Participate as a collaborative member of the SylogistEd Customer Success Team • Responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers • Assist with the implementation of SylogistEd solutions for K-12 school districts • Work closely with Project Manager and Director of Customer Success • Perform SylogistEd solution configuration • Support activities such as data conversion, user training, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution • Collaborate with the customer to define project success criteria • Participate in project status meetings and report milestones to customers • Document customer feedback and enhancement requests • Test new solution features and provide feedback • Deliver feature overviews and training for internal stakeholders • Provide support for sales, customer support, testing, documentation, and customer adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information management, computer science, business management, or related field • Experience with project management and customer service • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Knowledge of business processes and best practices
