Description

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations related to lending • Serve as subject matter expert for various types of lending • Assist in the administration and improvement of compliance policies and procedures • Conduct monitoring of compliance with federal and state regulations • Prepare reports and dashboards for executive leadership • Conduct training sessions for employees • Coordinate regulatory changes within business units • Provide advice and control on compliance risk taking • Review and resolve lending-related complaints • Collaborate with Fair Lending Officer • Perform research on regulatory issues • Lead/support special projects • Execute on the Compliance Management System

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Minimum 4+ years regulatory compliance experience • Minimum 4+ years lending experience within banking or financial services • CRCM designation or similar preferred • Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations • Experience with consumer compliance regulatory examinations • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and project management skills
