• Technical Recruiter - Work from homeThe Sr. • Technical Recruiter position at Synapse International is a remote/work-from-home position. • The Sr. • Technical Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing and qualifying candidates, working with our sourcing team to identify the ideal candidates, submitting candidates for various companies and jobs, working on Tech and Non-tech roles, and nurturing your candidate relationships, ensuring our jobs stay top in mind. • Technical Recruiter must have interest in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc.), have 3+ years recruiting experience, and be business-minded. • Technical Recruiter will be responsible for working independently and remotely, and will be able to work with a detail-oriented and goal-setter. • Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for exploring exciting new industries. • Technical Recruiter will be compensated with a competitive base salary and opportunity to make high commissions.

Requirements
