Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX research strategy aligned with business goals and user needs. • Conduct thorough user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform product enhancements. • Create and maintain user personas to guide design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach. • Design and iterate on prototypes and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility. • Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and gather feedback for iterative improvements. • Ensure that all products meet accessibility standards and advocate for inclusive design principles throughout the organization. • Hire and mentor a team of UX researchers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align UX priorities with product roadmaps and business objectives. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design and research, and champion innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of success in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • BA/BS in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field. Advanced degree (MA/MS) in a relevant field is a plus. • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable strategies that drive business results. • Passionate about understanding user needs and advocating for their interests throughout the product development lifecycle. • Excellent at leading and motivating cross-functional teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style that fosters innovation and excellence. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements. • Commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and continuously expanding your knowledge and skills in UX design and research.
