• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, preferably with a focus on voluntary/worksite products. • Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets. • Strong prospecting skills • Proven ability to develop new business relationships • Active life and health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
