📋 Description

• Provide full lifecycle recruiting support across various business units, focusing on Delivery and Go to Market • Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with revenue goals • Build long-term talent pipelines • Advise on sourcing strategy and employer branding • Shape business unit talent attraction strategy • Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and provide market insights • Conduct intake and calibration discussions to define role requirements, success profiles, assessment methodologies, and attraction strategies • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialist roles • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using talent mapping, networking, referrals, market research, and direct sourcing • Assess candidates through structured interviews and evaluation methodologies • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience • Build relationships with prospective candidates and industry talent communities • Report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and diversity outcomes • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with employment, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Improve recruitment processes, tools, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes • Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technology company • Prior experience in a consultative TA Partner or equivalent role preferred • Proven track record of hiring top-performing professionals in competitive talent markets • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with business goals • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consultative relationships with senior business leaders • Experience with workforce planning and data-driven recruiting strategies • Strong market knowledge of talent landscapes, trends, and competitor activity • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Alignment with Syniti’s core values
