• Grow the partner ecosystem: identify, outreach to, and onboard key sales partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across Germany to increase Syteca’s market penetration • Enablement & training: deliver comprehensive commercial and strategic onboarding sessions to ensure partner sales teams are fully prepared to successfully market Syteca’s PAM, ITDR and UAM solutions • Co-selling & pipeline generation: collaborate with partners to develop local co-marketing initiatives, run lead-generation campaigns and actively support the closing of complex enterprise deals • Relationship & account management: act as a trusted advisor to our German partners, ensuring strong engagement, adherence to partner tiers, transparency in the sales pipeline and long-term partner loyalty • Market presence: represent Syteca as a brand ambassador at regional trade shows, cybersecurity meetups and partner events • RFP/RFI response: provide detailed and accurate technical content for tenders (RFP – Request for Proposal) and information requests (RFI – Request for Information) • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product management, support and marketing teams to ensure an aligned and successful go-to-market strategy • Travel expectation and scope: willingness to travel, approximately 20% of working time per month.
• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent practical qualification • 3–5 years of proven success in channel management, partner management or indirect sales within a B2B technology environment (experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM or SaaS infrastructure is a strong advantage) • A strong, active network of established IT distributors, resellers and system integrators in the German market • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills • Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with both C-level executives and technical stakeholders • Deep technical understanding of IT security, especially cybersecurity • German at native or business-fluent level (written and spoken) is required • Professional English skills are also required.
