*Recruiter of Record - ensures that you always have a recruiter ready to go for any search at any time. Hiring managers know they can reach out to us and engage when their budget allows. It’s a Pay-per-
Search model where each placement your company makes with us over the year reduces your fees. 
*Executive Search - these searches are executed on an exclusive, retained basis. Our search methods 
ensure the right fit and culture add for every new hire. We work closely with our partners to 
ensure we capture what their needs are and to help identify the best candidate for long-term growth 
and delivery. 

HR Advisory
*HR Launch Program - This package is ideal for companies creating their first Canadian presence and/or very early-stage startups. We set up all the foundational pieces to your early HR practice. This is a flat-fee 12 week program. 
*Fractional HR Advisory Partnership - This is the next stage after the Launch Program. You have all the foundational pieces in place but require help, advisory or support at certain times in certain areas.

Backend Engineer

• Help your team design, build and operate Zero’s’ backend services with a focus on performance and reliability
• Maintain a strong sense of accountability and drive within the team, fostering a culture of delivering pragmatic solutions on time and consistent progress toward goals.
• Understand the tradeoffs between architectural decisions and user experience, making informed choices that balance both aspects effectively
• Architect, design, write (sometimes), review, and test code in a collaborative environment with other software engineers
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, guiding their professional growth and helping them achieve their objectives.
• Collaborate with backend engineering, product managers, designers, marketing and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Act as a strong communicator, effectively conveying information to upper management, peers, and team members in a clear and concise manner

• Deployment & Support
  - Train customer teams on how to deploy and use ACP quickly and successfully
  - Act as the first point of contact for customer support. Troubleshoot, resolve, and help prioritize customer issues
  - Help customers manipulate and format Excel data for use with ACP
• Sales & Marketing
  - Participate in early sales calls and provide detailed product and workflow information
  - Provide product demonstrations
  - Plan and run technical workshops and provide support during conferences
• Supporting product development
  - Prepare Revit part families and templates
  - Identify part selections to develop and package
  - Create demonstration Revit sites
  - Create training documentation and technical sales material
  - Assess features for their fit with customer requirements
  - Perform quality assessment and identify bugs
• Some travel required for strategic customer deployments (5-10% to the US)
