Description

• Own the user experience for the first product from beta to a commercial, scalable product • Establish design paradigms for future products and industries • Plan and execute research initiatives • Collaborate with product and engineering leads for new features • Design intuitive flows and interfaces • Maintain the design system consistency • Create graphics for marketing efforts

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design experience • Experience in complex user or business domains • Proficiency in Figma • Strong communication skills • Familiarity with design systems • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data for design strategy • Experience with complex user journeys • Exceptional visual design skills • Content design experience Nice to have: • Experience with products utilizing AI • Experience with Autodesk Revit • Experience with 3D authoring environments • Exposure to the AEC industry • Familiarity with Ant Design React Library • Experience with motion graphics or 3D visualization software
