• This role sits at the heart of our Commercial team and blends high-performance sales with strategic customer relationship development. • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and building a pipeline through to closing bookings, developing relationships, and executing post-event follow-up. • Identify and research high-quality prospects across relevant sectors, job titles, and organisations. • Work with SAP partners and other stakeholders to build targeted attendee lists and maintain a healthy pipeline. • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to confirmed delegate bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs. • Build trust-based relationships with delegates to encourage multi-event attendance, retention, and long-term engagement.
• Proven experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, ideally in B2B events or conferences. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals. • Comfortable working to outreach, conversion, and revenue targets. • Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot desirable). • Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and customer focused.
