• Acting like an entrepreneur, independently identifying and prioritizing B2B partnerships to recruit engineers and installers through the tado° Pro Installer Program • Responsibility for the sales development of the tado° Product Portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy • Reinforcing relationships with existing customers • Identifying and visiting new customers (large installers, constructors, integrators) and prospects • Developing the Pro Installer website and rewards program with local needs • Expansion of the customer experience, in collaboration with relevant business partners (internal and external) • Creating and refining a strategy, as well as implementing and scaling it, in cooperation with the European Channel Director Installer • Close cooperation and coordination with our International Sales Team, Product Management, CX (Customer Support) and Marketing Department
• > 5 years experience in climate control and/or HVAC project sales and business implementation • Experience with project sales business in France • Deep knowledge in heating and cooling applications • Customer oriented and proactive communication • Excellent level of English & French is mandatory, Spanish is a plus • Ability to perform in a multicultural environment • Strong commercial sense and great presentation skills • Ability to advance our market share against strong competition • Expert market knowledge of the heating and heat pump sector, gained from experience in manufacturing sales • Thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Experience with working at Home Office
