• 営業チームのマネジメント経験、またはリーダーとして後輩育成に深くコミットした経験 • エンタープライズソフトウェアにおいて、数千万円〜数億円規模のディールを自らクローズした実績 • 説明や決裁プロセスが複雑なエンタープライズ商材の営業経験 • CxOやLoBなど、顧客のエグゼクティブ層やキーマンと密に連携することができる力 • 強力なビジネス開発スキルと戦略的思考能力 • 自主的に行動できるリーダーシップとプロジェクト管理能力 • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語
