• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years experience in a HR leadership role • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures • Experience in high-growth environments • Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Hybrid role requiring office presence at least 2 days a week
