Description

• Develop features in pair-programming sessions followed by code reviews • Build Microservices using Kotlin, Kubernetes, and AWS • Engage in projects with external clients • Be responsible for the lifecycle of building services • Work directly with product owners and stakeholders in a collaborative manner • Be part of a self-organizing and highly autonomous backend team • Solve problems and make decisions as a team

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience • Experience leading initiatives • Ability to suggest solutions to the team • Developed applications from scratch • Worked on performance improvements • Worked with 'must haves' stack for at least 2 years • Worked with product owners to clarify requirements • Mentorship experience is a plus • Good understanding of building services for clients • 3+ years of experience in building B2B products and B2C applications • Proficiency in Spring Boot, AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, unit testing, integration testing, monitoring & logging tools, Git, and CI/CD processes
