📋 Description

• Recruit for technical and non-technical roles • Interact with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit • Write summaries after each interview • Submit candidates to hiring managers and create a positive candidate experience • Track submission progress and keep clients informed about recruitment statistics and candidate status • Proactively facilitate placement of available candidates into open jobs for Talentuch clients • Drive continuous improvements to candidates’ interview experience • Identify recruitment-process issues and suggest management solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a recruiting role • Ability to “sell” vacancies and the company during the recruiting process • Excellent people and communication skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • English is a must; other languages are a plus • Presentable appearance and work environment for conducting video interviews • Target-driven approach • Strong multitasking and time management skills • Comfortable managing multiple open positions in parallel • Positive attitude and sense of empathy
