Description
• Lead all tax-related activities of the company • Develop and implement tax planning strategies • Maintain understanding of global business developments • Collaborate with internal partners • Drive transformation of tax function • Provide oversight for tax compliance and planning • Engage with outside tax advisors on projects
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax • CPA preferred • 10+ years of corporate tax experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Tech industry corporate tax experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects • Experience with tax research and technology solutions such as Suretax and NetSuite
