• Drafting, critical analysis, thorough review, and negotiation of various contracts, ensuring legal certainty and alignment with company guidelines; • Providing consultative legal support to internal departments, focusing on contractual matters and preventive guidance to mitigate risks; • Working on related issues and strategic projects as needed, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of internal processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Higher Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B or J.D. equivalent) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Experience in Contract Law; • Experience with insurance matters is a plus; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
