Description

• The Staff Accountant will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). • Desired candidate will have experience working with nonprofits. • Support organization with financial operations such as payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. • Ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of bookkeeping functions. • Experience supporting annual planning and benefit planning. • Ideal candidate is dependable, versatile, open to learning and growing. • Provide project management and administrative support to the COO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting. • Three plus years of experience in non-profit accounting or similar field. • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks Online, and Salesforce. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and financial values. • Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills. • Experience with ADP systems a plus or another PEO.
