Description

• Head of SEO responsible for scaling organic traffic • Setting strategy, managing a team, and working collaboratively with other functions • Proven track record scaling traffic within a bootstrapped or VC backed startup environment • Excellent manager of people/resources • Self motivated to excel and win • Partner level SEO leader • Managing all aspects of organic search channel • Studying, evaluating, and implementing white hat SEO strategies • Overseeing the work of internal and external teams • Preparing for each Google Algorithm update • Spearheading growth initiatives and campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience • Track record of creating and implementing traffic driving campaigns • Well organized, and superb at managing and leading people • Familiarity with Google's past algorithm updates and EAT guidelines • Active in the SEO community or possess side projects demonstrating ability to drive traffic, a plus
