📋 Description

• Develop, write, and proofread internal communications, including newsletters, email blasts, leader announcements, and campaign collateral • Maintain TaskUs messaging standards across internal platforms, on-site displays, and email communications • Follow ticketing and approval workflows with Creatives and departmental stakeholders • Draft official brand-aligned scripts and communication spiels • Lead Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing projects from ideation to delivery • Create proposal decks and project strategy presentations • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Operations, and other cross-functional departments • Liaise with the Creatives team to secure visual assets • Handle marketing requests related to recruitment and hiring for the assigned geographic area • Support local hiring initiatives such as Open Houses and Job Fairs • Collaborate with Social Media and Creatives teams on localized hiring campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, PR, project management, or a related field • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline • Experience leading initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and preferably global environment • Strong project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively • High organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
