📋 Description

• Own and execute a strategic territory plan for acquiring new enterprise customers • Build and maintain a healthy 4X+ pipeline through targeted prospecting and networking • Identify and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and close • Partner closely with internal teams to execute account strategies • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and pipeline management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience • Strong understanding of customer data, martech, adtech, analytics, AI, cloud, or related technology ecosystems • Proven track record of exceeding quota while selling complex enterprise software • Experience leading six-figure and seven-figure enterprise sales cycles • Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern sales technologies • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in German and English
