• Seeking a highly motivated, customer-obsessed Product Manager of Patient Experience Communications • Passionate about advancing the mission to help patients feel deeply known, connected, and cared for by their care team • Empowering providers to deliver simple and delightful modernized healthcare experiences focusing on patient communication • Focus on building patient communications solutions along the patient lifecycle and the patient portal • Building solutions for providers with easy solutions that allow them to focus on treating the patient

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market• Experience managing B2B SaaS products • High level of experience with communication technologies and MarTech • Experience in healthcare technology, FitTech, patient-facing are a plus • Superb written/presentation/oral skills • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic startup work environment • Hands-on mindset and strong technical understanding of communications technologies and software • Strong analytical skills, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
