• Are you a recent Human Resources graduate looking to explore diverse HR disciplines? Tecsys is looking for an HR Coordinator who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in various functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnerships, and Benefits. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. • Certification in Human Resources such as CRHA designation or working towards CRHA designation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Demonstrated learning agility and a willingness to adapt to changing environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English and French communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues in Quebec and globally. • Some Experience with HRIS or ATS tools would be an asset.
• Update and manage employee records and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Create and maintain forms essential for HR processes, streamlining documentation procedures. • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires. • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs. • Provide coverage for our workplace experience manager at the reception desk ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. • Support the team in creating engaging content for HR programs and initiatives. • Assist in recruitment efforts: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments. • Participate in campus recruitment events and building relationships with universities. • Coordinate enrollment in the group retirement plan, process changes, and respond to employees. • Maintain the WorkLife wellness program: processing requests, developing quarterly reports, and monitoring budget. • Coordinate service awards, and quarterly Tecsys Applause Program awards. • Provide coverage for Employee Experience Specialist on payroll & group insurance
