• Build and maintain prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Identify ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and map strategic contacts within target accounts • Research buying intent signals, such as funding rounds, team growth and technology changes • Create and execute outbound cadences via email, LinkedIn and HubSpot • Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines and CTAs to optimize conversions • Qualify leads and hand off opportunities to the sales team with detailed context • Keep HubSpot organized and up to date • Monitor funnel metrics, including: open rate, response rate, meetings booked, conversion to opportunities • Report campaign performance and contribution to pipeline • Monitor competitors and market trends • Identify new segments, verticals and personas with potential • Bring insights from prospect conversations to improve positioning and messaging • Work closely with sales leadership to define the ICP and plan territories • Support marketing with feedback for content, case studies and nurture materials • Share learnings to evolve messaging and commercial strategies
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead research • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar • Strong writing skills for cold emails and personalized outbound messages • Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) • Familiarity with cadence tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Instantly, Smartlead or Apollo • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns • Fluent English — English will be assessed at every stage of the interview process • Persistence and resilience • Excellent written communication • Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding prospects' businesses • Organization and autonomy • Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly • 1–3 years of experience in roles such as SDR, BDR or lead generation • Proven track record of meeting targets for meetings or pipeline generation • Degree is a plus but not required
