📋 Description

• Install and configure robotics systems directly at customer sites • Support commissioning, go-live, and initial production deployments • Conduct customer training and handovers to operational teams • Document setups, technical parameters, and outstanding issues • Analyze and resolve technical issues during ongoing operations • Provide ongoing support and assist with maintenance and service-related matters • Troubleshoot hardware, interface, and system-related issues • Build team expertise to reduce reliance on supplier support • Escalate technical issues to vendors and internal teams • Provide field feedback to improve deployment and support processes • Contribute to developing standards, checklists, and best practices for customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in mechatronics, electronics, automation, or a comparable field • Hands-on experience with hardware systems, technical installations, or field service assignments • Experience installing or servicing technical systems • Fluency in German and basic proficiency in English • Willingness to travel within the DACH region • Strong problem-solving skills and proven troubleshooting expertise • Practical, reliable, and structured approach to work • Strong customer focus and clear communication in technical situations • Sense of responsibility and willingness to follow issues through to resolution • Nice to have: Experience with robotics, AGVs, AMRs, or industrial automation • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of networking or IT
