📋 Description

• Assist the project manager with the rollout and installation of ITS projects • Perform technical installation, day-to-day maintenance, and follow-up of projects and installations • Report directly to the head of ITS projects and cooperate closely with the assigned project manager • Install systems and provide technical support to system integrators • Conduct testing and adjustments where needed • Perform fine-tuning activities to ensure customer satisfaction • Exchange customer feedback and market information with colleagues to support product and service improvement • Register, follow up, and report repairs (RMA)

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience with technical installations of CCTV equipment (camera surveillance) and networking is mandatory • Technical degree in electronics or equivalent via experience • Good command of IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong written and spoken English is required; any additional language is an advantage • Able and available to travel regularly, around 50% of the time • Technical-driven, hands-on professional • Customer-centered and results-driven • Good organizer and planner with ability to prioritize • Good communication skills with customers and colleagues • Able to work in an international team
