Description

• Communicate design ideas through storyboards, diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes • Collaborate with engineers throughout planning, design, and implementation phases • Solve data scalability challenges with elegant user interfaces • Test and validate new features and designs with user research • Advocate for design best practices and contribute to design culture • Contribute to the overall design and decision-making process • Help build the brand for the product and company

Requirements

• Strong design background and online portfolio • Understanding of information architecture, user experience, and interaction design best practices • Experience with user research, especially moderated usability testing • Mastery of responsive design supporting a range of viewport sizes • Positive attitude, collaboration skills, clear communication • Skill at leading design reviews and workshops • Experience engaging with technically complex workflows and working closely with engineers • Experience creating interfaces organizing and scaling with data • Fluency in Figma and design/prototyping tools
