Description

• Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities with accounts and providers • Structure detailed strategic plans for bringing new diagnostic tests to market • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies • Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities • Implement laboratory services agreements with account institutions • Collaborate with sales and account managers to ensure company goals • Identify and develop partnering opportunities with healthcare professionals • Promote compliance with molecular information tools • Analyze competitive landscape within assigned accounts • Develop and implement comprehensive business plan • Embody and represent company culture at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, biology, business or marketing - MBA preferred • 3+ years of direct account management experience in molecular diagnostic and/or dermatology setting • 5+ years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics • Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at relevant biotechnology company • Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage critical deadlines • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce.com, and advanced presentation skills • Willingness to travel frequently ( >75%) throughout the country
