• Develop new business opportunities within domiciliary and in-home care • Build strong relationships with agency owners and decision-makers • Tailor proposals and demos to meet operational and compliance needs • Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at sector events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach • Knowledge of the domiciliary care sector is highly desirable • GCSEs in Maths and English required
