• Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive product vision, roadmap, and strategy, aligning with company goals • Collaborates with the leadership team to further refine product vision, strategy, metrics, and requirements • Conducts competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and ensure Tenna's market differentiation • Reviews and recommends product enhancements and features • Fosters a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within both Product and Design teams • Provides leadership and direction for the Design team, ensuring high-quality design execution and alignment with product strategy • Manages the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, features, and design initiatives based on user needs and business impact • Oversees the creation of clear and actionable product specifications, including wireframes, user flows, and acceptance criteria, working collaboratively with the Design team • Works cross-functionally with Product and Engineering Teams to implement the solution and perform system testing and data validations • Works closely with the Hardware Team to validate the viability of our products to ensure the commercial viability of the offering • Leads and strategizes product launches, including user testing, quality assurance, and deployment • Manages ongoing product maintenance and provides support for existing products • Ensures all new features, products, and enhancements provide a best-in-class user experience • Champion a user-centric approach by leading user research initiatives. Identify user pain points, translate insights into actionable product features, and ensure end-user adoption • Communicates with customers regularly, gathering feedback while remaining service-oriented • Conducts customer interviews and performs usability testing and research • Communicates solution design/requirements to stakeholders, translating and simplifying requirements for engineering and business purposes • Leads cross-functional initiatives involving Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth product development lifecycle • Develops and implements go-to-market strategies for new products, collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Success

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling B2B technology products in a fast-paced environment • 5+ years of experience leading product teams • Experience writing user stories, defining epics, and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond • Strong experience directly engaging prospective and existing customers regarding current and future product offerings • Experience within the construction technology industry or IoT is strongly preferred • Proven ability to creatively solve problems, influence product improvements, and interpret business/technical requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or a related STEM degree program is required or equivalent • Experience working in an agile development environment • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated personal commitment to customers and a commitment to setting and exceeding high-quality standards
