📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for marketing, sales, operations, customer support, and other positions • Partner closely with external clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment processes • Participate in or lead Kick-Off Calls for new job openings • Clarify roles and candidate profiles, establish expectations, and translate client needs into recruitment strategies • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process • Assist with developing and revising job specifications and descriptions • Search for candidates through databases, social media, networking, job fairs, and other channels • Draft and place recruitment advertisements in effective digital media • Assess candidates through resume screening, interviews, and other communications • Conduct video interviews and create candidate profile summaries • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients • Maintain candidate communication throughout the process • Maintain accurate and current information in the Applicant Tracking System • Monitor recruitment KPIs and use data to evaluate search progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes • Review recruitment funnel performance and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Client Success, or other related positions • Experience working with international or US/Canada-based clients is a plus • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field • Advanced C1/C2 level of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Zoho Recruit or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR CRM • Previous experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom, and/or similar collaboration tools • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence participating in or leading Kick-Off Calls with external clients • Understanding of recruitment KPIs and the ability to monitor, analyze, and act on performance data • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously • Results-oriented and accountable for recruitment outcomes • Proactive and positive attitude • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Availability to work during US Central Time (CST) hours
