📋 Description

• Run recruiting stages, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining an accurate pipeline, and moving candidates through the process • Champion the candidate experience by ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, valued, and cared for • Improve candidate touchpoints, including emails, interviews, instructions, surveys, resources, and feedback • Use recruiting data and candidate feedback to identify friction, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve workflow consistency • Question existing processes, share ideas, test new approaches, and take ownership of improvements • Own the full recruitment process and support high-volume hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a role where you directly shaped the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or other people • C1+ English • Confident, clear, and engaging written and live communication • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation and teach yourself new technology • Willingness to share perspectives, try new approaches, learn from failures, and turn ideas into improvements • Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume environment • Comfortable working remotely and using Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and automation tools • Stayed at least two years in one of the last three roles
